Financial Policy
Dr. Burn provides all-inclusive orthodontic care, which covers every appointment from records through treatment and retention. The fee for orthodontic treatment varies with the complexity of the individual case. At your initial consultation, a fee estimate and payment options will be given.
Our office is proud to offer interest-free financing with flexible down and monthly payments. In the case that insurance benefits are expected, the out of pocket portion will be used to determine the terms of financing. If the patient's balance is paid in full at the start of treatment, a 5% bookkeeping credit will be applied. We also offer a courtesy for multiple family members.
We will gladly help you determine what your insurance provides as an orthodontic benefit. Usually there is an individual lifetime maximum, but this varies widely with each policy. Most insurances are accepted by our office, please call to find out specifically. We offer the service of filing claims and collecting benefits directly if you wish. Please ask if you need guidance with flexible spending health plans through your employer.
